Tribulation Knights™ is a brand new video game in what is hopefully a series of video games. The first of the series is a stealth based third-person adventure for the PC, developed and published by Atomic Design Laboratory.

Storyline

The main characters, whose names have not been released yet, are all recently trained agents of the life saving organization known only as the Tribulation Knights™.

The world government has taken control of the all countries, all news media, and all local security systems. Everyone can be identified by the computer controlled video cameras, and citizen scanners located throughout the cities of the world. Without taking the identifying mark and allegiance chip of the world government, you may not purchase food, be employed, or associate with world citizens. This is world law.

A "Tribulation Knight!"" is an agent of an association originally created by a now destroyed collection of Christian churches. Their mission is to save lives. There are many lives that they have to help save in the future. Of course Knights have to insure the freedom and safety of the last Christians left on the planet during the Tribulation, but this is not their only mission. In addition there are many others that are affected by the new world governments evil plans. Many people have chosen to become refugees to escape the new world laws, and therefore need food, clothing, and a place to live. The tribulation Knights have a heavy burden, to help those being subjugated by the new world leader and his armies.

New Christians are seen as a threat to the new government. These rebel citizens converted to Christianity when their family and friends left the planet in the great rapture. Seeing the error of their ways, they received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, therefore becoming the last Christians on the planet.

This period after the rapture known as the Tribulation will be a time when these New Christians worldwide will experience persecution for their faith. The new government requires things of their citizens which contradict their religion. So Christians will not follow the leadership of the evil one. Under the steel boot of the world governments Enforcers, new Christians and all people who reject the rule of world rule will suffer hardships. This is the Tribulation.

The Tribulation Knight's missions range from gathering intelligence on the evil governments plans to releasing fellow operatives from interrogation cells, to saving groups of incarcerated citizens from the clutches of the powerful Enforcers.

Tribulation Knights have to perform their duties all without violence. No killing is allowed. Therefore stealth is a necessary skill to avoid detection, and help those that need you.
